Method: 1.Sprinkle white vinegar on fish, leave for 10 minutes and wash. 2.Mix all ingredients except oil and marinate fish for 1 to 1 ½ hours. 3.Thread on skewers and cook on hot coals. 4.Apply a little oil with brush and squeeze lemon juice on fish. 5.Serve with tamarind chutney. |
